Although we believe optimal drinking time is very subjective, these are our suggestions of when the best time to drink LACHINI VINEYARDS wines. Notes are subject to change (regularly).

LACHINI FAMILY ESTATE PINOT NOIR
2004 Lachini Vineyards Family Estate PN – DRINK OR HOLD... showing more softness than the 2003. Develops after in glass/decanting 30+ minutes. Should age 5-10+ years.
2003 Lachini Vineyards Family Estate PN – still tightly wound. Suggest holding for 2-5 years and if you can't wait, decant for 1-2 hours. Will age 5-10+ years.
2002 Lachini Vineyards Family Estate PN – drinking nicely (suggest decanting for 30-120 minutes), should age for another 5-10+ years)

LACHINI 'S' PINOT NOIR
2004 S PN
– drink or hold. Ripe and volumptuous. Great balance should reward further aging 3-7 years.
2003 S PN – drink or hold. Has a nice spiciness, forward fruit and big glycerin mouthfeel.
2002 S PN – drink or hold. We wish we still had more of this gem!

LACHINI 'CUVEE GISELLE' PINOT NOIR
2004 Cuvee Giselle PN
– drink or hold. Developing nicely in bottle, yet very young. Should age 7-10+ years and will reward patience. Offers vibrant bouquet of raspberry, sweet and silky core and lengthy finish.

LACHINI 'ANA VINEYARD' PINOT NOIR
2004 Ana Vineyard PN
– drink or hold. Has nice bright berry fruit, with underlying earth and minerality tones. Most approachable of the 2004 LV Pinot Noirs. Should age another 7-10 years easily and develop more nuances of eloquence.

2001 LACHINI VINEYARDS PINOT NOIR, Willamette Valley – drink. Should age another 3-5 years. Light strawberry fruit, good acidity, subtle truffle aroma.
