Winter 2007/2008 ~ We just released the first of our 2006 vintage Pinot Noirs - 'S' and Ana Vineyard along with a delicious Pinot Port. In addition, an update on OUR WASHINGTON BIG RED PROJECT – We are thrilled with the quality of our first vintage (2005) from the highly regarded Klipsun Vineyard in Washington's Red Mountain AVA. We were fortunate to begin working with the 1984 Cabernet block as well as the 1990 Merlot block. Many of the top wineries in WA have expressed this may be the finest vintage to date for WA. We've just bottled both wines - our first Bordeaux blend (il Mulinello) & Cabernet Sauvignon (La Bestia). Total cases ~ 128 & 120, respectively.

More planting - Just after harvest, we were at it again and busier than ever planting another 2 1/2 acres. The 1/2 is our first foray with a white varietal ~ two excellent clones of Chardonnay. We'll round out the Pinot Noir at 30 acres (~ 2.5 more) and add two small blocks of white varietals - likely, Riesling and Albarino.

The new winery – We're slated to break ground on our new winery this next Spring (as soon as the rains let up) with the hope for some assemblance of 2008 CRUSH at the new caves/facility. We're building a list of volunteers for harvest help as well as for other venues. Please give us a call if you've an interest! Stay tuned for posting of the plans to the website.

	Oregon Pinot Camp Summer 2006 - Lachini Vineyards selected to partake in Oregon Pinot Camp. Next years OPC will be held June 23-26, 2007 in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. Fifty wineries from throughout the state join together to bring this adventure into Oregon Pinot noir to invited members of the wine trade.
