Ezequiel Arcos, Vineyard Manager

Ezequiel joined Lachini Vineyards as our first full-time employee in 2009. Prior, Ezequiel served multiple roles at Northwest Vineyard Services (our prior vineyard managment consultant) over the last 10 years... including vineyard development with irrigation and sustainable practice expertise. Ezequiel oversees all facets of executing our annual farm plan and strategy, including vineyard development & managment and oversight of all crews. His excellent oversight and commitment to sustainability has allowed our transition to Biodynamic farming pratices and targeted Demeter® certification later this year as we transition from L.I.V.E certification since our inception. Ezequiel's ongoing education toward stewardship embodies our family's long-term outlook toward sustainable viticultural practices we chartered from the beginning.
